PAUL ROMERO MÉNDEZ
Paul is an experienced London based director/producer who forms part of BAFTA Crew 2021 and Directors UK.
He freelances regularly for Sony Music UK and has created over 30 music videos and promos for artists like Little Mix, Alexis Ffrench, George Ezra and Tom Grennan to name a few.
Outside of the music industry he has produced and directed various festival qualifying short film dramas, as well as directed commercials for Philips and two Sony Professional Europe showcased commercials for The Distillery (Hilton) in London, which were used to publicise the Sony Venice camera in 2019.
ARTURO M. ANTOLÍN
Arturo is a London based writer/director and editor who has formed part of BAFTA Crew since 2017, as well as a member of Directors UK.
He has created various festival qualifying narrative short films as well as the feature documentary Hard as Indie which was released in 2018 to critical acclaim. In October 2020, he was selected as a finalist of the ‘Sir Peter Ustinov Scriptwriting Award’ with his TV script Grasping at the Shadow. The annual international competition for non-American novice writers under the age of 30 is organised by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation (International Emmy).
In post-production, Arturo has edited multiple feature and short films, both scripted and documentary. Across the last few years, Arturo has worked alongside multi-awarded directors such as Mat Whitecross, Michael Winterbottom and Tom Dumican on projects including The Trip to Spain and Supersonic.
KERRY-ANN CALLEJA MCGREGOR
Commissioned, produced and multi-award-winning TV and feature screenwriter whose films have qualified for Oscar and BAFTA festivals.
In 2020, Kerry-Ann was honoured when she was commissioned to write a script to be directed by Paulette Randell MBE, one of the most influential women in theatre and television.
She was then chosen to write a big budget Chinese co-production feature. She has a couple of scripts in development with independent production companies as well as a co-writer credit on a feature project with Joe Eszterhas (Basic instinct) currently in Post-production.
She often collaborates with the well respected script editor, Karol Griffiths and her latest social justice feature has just been requested by several producers.

Tom Watts is a London based autistic cinematographer, with extensive experience over the last decade in commercials, music videos and feature films
His feature film The Intent 2 was released in cinemas nationwide for 8 weeks after its premiere at The Empire in Leicester Square. On its opening weekend it hit number 1 at the box office in London.
In 2018 he was headhunted by Sony Music UK to be their in house DoP as part of the internal Sony Music creative agency.Over his time there he has shot music videos for countless artists from Tom Grennan to Little Mix across all the labels.
His background is in art and design, these worlds are a big influence on his work. He draws inspiration for his cinematography work from everywhere, life, art galleries, interior design, nature or computer games.
Christian is an experienced London based music composer with a background in film, TV and advertising.
He has scored multiple festival-qualifying short films, and the 2018 critically acclaimed feature length documentary ‘Hard as Indie’.
Christian composes bespoke pieces for TV, with credits including the Box Nation TV Network, as well as production music which has been featured on BBC, MTV, Channel 5, ABC, Discovery, National Geographic, PBS and the FOX Network. Programmes have included Saturday Night Live, The Sky at Night, BBC News, and various travel and entertainment shows. He also composed for and conducted the BBC Concert Orchestra.
Christian’s current projects include arranging and composing music for a children’s TV show, adapted from a popular series of books.
ALEX JONES NASH
Alex is a London based Production Designer and Art Director. He is best known for his Netflix hits The Intent 2 and Amazon Prime Killer Weekend. His most recent feature Sacrifice has achieved critical acclaim after its Fright Fest premier.
Alex started out designing Bollywood music videos, which due to their demanding nature, taught him to make the highest production value from a budget. These music videos, such as Arjun’s Can’t Forget You has amassed over 24 million views, and was a cornerstone to Alex’s trajectory into Production Designing large budget features.
Alex looks for challenging work, good scripts, and clear vision when choosing projects. He will take a concept through to construction and build a set to suit your film.

Nick Bridge has 21 years of experience as a sound engineer with over 150 credits in a full range of audio departments, producing sound for companies including Skype, Microsoft, Doritos, Chivas, Honda, Worx and Jameson.
He has nine full feature film supervision credits and work broadcast on Amazon, BBC, Al Jazeera, Channel 5, Living TV and many more.
Nick also has written and produced over 50 music albums in a range of styles as well as mixing and mastering many others. During his career he has been a lecturer of audio engineering at Alchema, Rada, TVU, Bucks University and Met Film School at Ealing Studios.

Currently working as an associate producer for Peloton Interactive, Kristofer has more than 7 years experience in the film and tv industry.
During this time he has filled a variety of roles, in Germany, the U.K and El Salvador, which include: Runner, Production Assistant, Editor, AD, Director and Producer.
Kristofer has also written, produced and directed several short films; the latest one of which, The Great Zuta, was accepted into several film festivals around the world.

Gabriela Gower is a highly visual designer. She has been nominated by the AMACC (Mexican Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences) for an Ariel prize in the category of Best Costume design for a feature film.
She first learned to make clothes when she was around 9 years old with her grandmother, who was a dressmaker. During secondary school in Mexico City, she took the “Garment Industry” class for 3 years. After a 3 year stay at UNAM university studying International Affairs, she dropped her studies and started to work as a costume assistant starting and developing her career in the advertising in film industries in Mexico city in the costume department. She has taken courses at CSM such as Costume design for the stage and Fashion styling, among others.

Candice is a professional make-up artist & beauty export working with some of the UK’s top brands from Lumity Life, Rimmel London and London Fashion Week, as well as several independent award-winning films.
She studied physiology, anatomy & pharmacology; specialising in the skin and the eye and qualified in advance make-up artist & men’s grooming.
Candice pushes the boundaries of creativity and as a result, her work has appeared in multiple top publications. She has also launched her own award winning beauty brand which is used by top celebrity make-up artists and celebrities across the world.
Son to an architect and a fine artist, his love of light started at an early age and has carried on throughout his life.
Thrown into the rock & roll and theatre scene at the age of 19, which taught him a lot, working his way up the ladder from service to operation very quickly, from building his first lighting desk to becoming a LD for major mainstream artists, at some amazing venues and events.
The natural progression into film came some years later and he loved it, never looking back he threw himself at it, working and learning from some of the best in the industry, working on some brilliant film projects and moving from commercials to music videos and more… there is only one way for him, and it is light all the way.
